What to expect 🌎

Our Language Café is all about connection and mutual exchange. Rather than a one-way learning experience, we believe that language learning is most enjoyable and effective when people learn from each other. That’s why this event brings together speakers of multiple languages to create meaningful peer-to-peer practice opportunities.

We’re proud to have a dedicated team of language volunteers representing a variety of languages. Interested in getting more involved? If you’d like to regularly support the Language Café as a volunteer, we’d love to hear from you.

Please note: This event is intended solely for peer-to-peer language exchange. Recruiting students for private or commercial language courses is not permitted.

At our venue, people from all over the world come together to meet and connect. To ensure a fair, safe, and welcoming environment for everyone, we kindly ask you to respect the following house rules:

Be kind and welcoming to all guests.

Follow the instructions of our staff at all times.

Please do not move furniture without prior permission from our team.

Keep all drinks inside the venue.

Discrimination, racism, sexism, or any form of inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated.

Bringing your own food and snacks is allowed, but due to our alcohol permit, bringing your own drinks is not permitted. Thank you for helping us maintain a respectful and enjoyable space for everyone. ❤️
