We will host 4 workshops the next 3 months: * 08-10: Cultural Differences in Applying * 29-10: Brand Yourself in NL * 19-11: How Linked-In are you? * 10-12: Improve your Interview and Networking Skills

All the workshops are held at International Center Tilburg and take 2,5 hours. Bring some pen and paper to save all the tips and tricks of Mariëlle!

The cost of attending one workshop is €33,-. The cost of attending four workshops is €100,-.

1. You just arrived in the Netherlands and want to Kick-Start your job search. You have no idea where or how to start 2. You have been living here for a while but experience difficulties with landing a job.

Is this your situation? Then this is your workshop. This workshop is the perfect first step in the preparation for your job search. In 2,5 hours we will walk you through the basics of the Dutch labour market. It will give you insights into how the Dutch job market operates. With this information, you can define your own job search strategy.

Questions you struggle with are: - Where and how to start? I have no idea how the Dutch labour market operates and want to know more about the technique of applying. - What's the process of the recruitment and hiring procedure in NL? - What are the expectations of employers? - Is using an agency useful or just a waste of my time? - And how about cultural differences? What do I have to be aware of? - What are the common practises in recruitment and applying in NL? - What are the new trends in applying? - What is it that employers are looking for or want to hear? - Do's and dont's of applying in NL.
