Public Secrets is a work-in-progress project by Vloeistof exploring how personal stories move through a neighbourhood. The project will premiere as a performance in April.

What to expect 🧵

This sewing workshop is part of the creation process. In this session, we meet, slow down, and work with clothing as a carrier of personal stories. Sewing is used as a simple gesture to hold and transfer stories. Through simple hand stitching, participants attach a secret to a garment, allowing another person to carry it with them.

A similar workshop was previously held at Pop-Up Korvel. This time, we bring the gathering to the International Center, creating a caring and open space where people can meet, share reflections, and connect through making together.

The workshop is facilitated by Nazlı Meriç Çukurova as part of the Public Secrets process.

What to bring 👚

No sewing experience is needed.

Tickets cost €5 and include a welcome drink and the materials needed for the workshop.
