PEACE DINNER - FINALLY!

Our famous annual Peace Dinner in the winter to celebrate peace and come together. This year it is sponsored by International Center Tilburg and Gemeente Tilburg.

Every year during the holidays, we organize our Peace Dinner for those who do not celebrate Christmas or those who are not able to return to their families. No need to be alone during such times, there is an international community to connect to! 

Finally we were able to set a new date. You are more than welcome Thursday February 24th. It is mandatory to order a ticket, which will be refunded after you show up. See you soon! 

Our Peace Dinner is our gift to the international community. We will sponsor the food, so that anyone can join us for a night during which you can meet new friends and have a good time. This year is an extra special year, since Gemeente Tilburg will sponsor half of the dinner. We are very grateful for their contribution towards the international community, especially in a year where internationals have often felt lonely and disconnected to those nearby. 

Our Peace Dinner will be organized at and hosted at Pizzabar Rijslust. Kim and Rosanne are the lovely co-owners of this great pizza place. Their pizza's are known for their international allure, and their location is decorated for the travel-minded. 

This event is organised as part of our weekly Community Dinners. Every week on Friday, we host a potluck dinner at our cafe for internationals to connect. This way, no one has to eat alone on Fridays. Please take a look at our event page to find the next edition, and don't be a stranger, we look forward to meeting you!

INFO & REGISTRATION

To make sure this event is accessible for as many internationals as possible, we have specific guidelines for the event. Please read them carefully.

Tickets - 100% free of charge

For this event, we have limited places available. In order to prevent unnecessary no-shows, we kindly ask you to purchase  a placeholder ticket. This ticket will be 100% refunded after the event for those who show up. You can cancel your ticket up until 72 hours prior to the start of the event. In case you are by any means not able to order a placeholder ticket, please contact us at info@ictilburg.com and we will look for a suitable solution together.

COVID policy

Since the current pandemic makes organizing this event uncertain, we might have to change the date. Furthermore, we expect you to live up to all current COVID measures, and respect the rules and regulations of Pizzabar Rijslust. In case we we will have to change the date again, we will refund all placeholder tickets and ask you to re-order tickets for the new date instead.
