We are a non-profit foundation registered with the chamber of commerce (89012364). The profits generated by our services are being invested into our mission and goals. With these funds, we help internationals integrate in the Netherlands, help them build a social network and provide a sense of belonging. Since our revenue is part of a non-profit ideology, we have to live up to our terms and conditions. This way, we can ensure reasonable prices and continue helping internationals on a long-term sustainable basis. Please read them carefully below.
Events terms & conditions

By registering to an event, you agree to our Zero Tolerance Policy regarding inappropriate behavior (racism, discrimination, sexual transgressive behavior, aggressiveness, and any other kind of behavior making the recipient feel uncomfortable). Violating this policy results in an immediate ban from all of our activities and communication channels.

Our ticket services are subjected to standard Dutch law.

By law it is stated that one has 14 days to reconsider its online purchase, unless the service has already been used. Please let us know within 14 days of purchase if you want to cancel your purchase. This will result in not being able to participate in the event.

You can cancel up until 48 hours prior to the event starting, unless 14 days as mentioned above have expired.

International Center Netherlands is not responsible for any damages to, and/or theft/loss of your personal belongings during events.
Information services terms & conditions

We try to help provide information to internationals in the region, if we have an available staff member and the request is within our capabilities.

In case we cannot assist someone with their information request, we try to direct them to another party that might be able to help.

We do not guarantee to provide the correct information and any information provided should be verified by the applicant as well, before acting on information provided.
Privacy policy
We receive, collect and store any information you enter on our website or provide us in any other way. In addition, we collect the Internet protocol (IP) address used to connect your computer to the Internet; login; e-mail address; password; computer and connection information and purchase history. We may use software tools to measure and collect session information, including page response times, length of visits to certain pages, page interaction information, and methods used to browse away from the page. We also collect personally identifiable information (including name, email, password, communications); payment details (including credit card information), comments, feedback, product reviews, recommendations, and personal profile.

Our company is hosted on the Wix.com platform. Wix.com provides us with the online platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you. Your data may be stored through Wix.com’s data storage, databases and the general Wix.com applications. They store your data on secure servers behind a firewall.
All direct payment gateways offered by Wix.com and used by our company adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers.
