Providing accessible language courses to everyone

Since we run our Dutch school with a non-profit mentality, we have a few guidelines in place to keep costs low.

First and foremost, once registered and the cancellation policy expired, we cannot refund or transfer spots to a new season. We make pricing agreements with our teachers based on the number of students, so this is set once the course starts.

Second, installments are an obligation to fulfill, no matter the course result or attendance. The same principle as above applies.
