International Cinema | Holy Air (Countdown to 013CIFF)

013ciff is nearing it's second edition and therefore Cinecitta Films en meer and International Center Tilburg have to organize something special in the oldest cinema of the Netherlands! Therefore, we present the avant-premiere of 'Holy Air'.

In September and October, we will screen two gems of 013CIFF's first festival during our editions of International Cinema. First up is the serious-comedy "Holy Air" by Shady Srour. Also, we set the screening time two hours earlier than our previous edition, so you can join us for a drink afterwards 🍷☕

About the film 🎥

Adam (Srour), a gloomy, unsuccessful, 40-ish Arab-Christian businessman living in Nazareth with his pregnant wife, decides to bottle the ‘holy air’ from Mount Precipice and sell it to tourists. But there are a lot of people and circumstances—from gangsters demanding protection money to his dying father—standing in his way…

International Cinema is Tilburg's only international-friendly cinema night. Every month, Cinecitta and International Center screen a new film with English subtitles.
