Would you like to practise your Dutch as well as help someone to speak your native language? Would you like to practise a language you speak with a native speaker? Díptic, bureau for cultural projects and International Center Tilburg present the monthly language exchange evening of Tilburg: 'Taalrondje', the meeting point for native speakers and language lovers!

Sit down at the International Center Tilburg, have a cup of coffee or tea from all over the world and meet the international crowd. This evening is all about meeting people and using language as a tool to connect! The bar is hosted by Oostwest Cultuurcafé to make sure you get the perfect non-alcoholic drink!

About the evening

⭐ The evening will start with a quick round of speed dating! Learn who's joining and what languages they offer and seek.

⭐ Next you'll form duos/triples based on the language you want to exchange.

⭐ A first round will follow in which the focus is on one of the two languages you are exchanging.

⭐ Then it’s time for a break! Relax and get to know all the people who are joining. Plus, be ready for a group picture! 📷

⭐ Now it’s time for the second round of language exchange, don't forget to swop languages.

⭐ Finally there will be some time again to connect to everyone present.
